Standard shipping is free on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, standard shipping is €4.99.

Although most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, they may not always be able to deliver within this timeframe.

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately. We will attempt to process your cancellation request before your order is shipped out.

Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

At Diasocks, we like to keep it simple. You can return all products within 30 days from receiving the item and get a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. Contact us to start your return: Help@diasocks.eu 

It can take up to 5 working days for the return process to be completed once it has landed at our warehouse. We refund the total amount of the product, excluding shipping costs once we have received the return. For international orders, we do not cover customs costs or additional costs that may occur.

You are responsible for the return shipping of your product if you are not satisfied with the product. Shipping cost is not refunded, unless your product is defective in some way.
